Masiela Lusha (Carmen) is a is an Albanian-American writer and actress.
Masiela was the first called to the task, and a week later found herself on Los Angeles soil, with a new life and career awaiting her. Later on, she was chosen to play a role in George Lopez's sitcom Carmen & George
Masiela Lusha is also the founder of the Masiela Lusha Foundation, a Universal Charitable Foundation designed to offer support to homeless families with shelter and the assistance of live-in life coaches. When asked about her philanthropy, Lusha was quoted as saying "If I am to contribute only one thing of myself, it would be compassion".
